Do you do residential and commercial roofing?
Both. We replace and repair roofs on houses, and repair, coat, maintain and replace flat, low-slope and metal roofs on commercial buildings.
What areas do you serve?
About 60 miles around Rochester Hills — Oakland and Macomb County first, including Rochester, Troy, Auburn Hills, Shelby Township, Sterling Heights, Lake Orion and Bloomfield Hills, and out as far as Detroit, Ann Arbor, Flint and Port Huron.
How do I know if I need a repair or a new roof?
If the problem is in one spot and the rest of the roof is in good shape, a repair is usually the right call. If the roof is near 20 years old, the shingles are worn everywhere, or leaks keep turning up in new places, replacement is usually the better money. We'll look and tell you plainly.
